Terms and conditions for participation in SLK Prize Program (Henceforth the SLK Program)

The terms and conditions for participation in the SLK program are very simple and are additional to the terms and conditions that are published in the RXCash Affiliate Program Website. Each and every participant should fully abide by the RXCash Affiliate Program terms and conditions which will be the basis and fully apply to any issue that arises during the SLK Program.

RXCash offers you, the affiliate, the opportunity to download a fully operational merchant site from the RXCash system. The web site will be mutually owned by RXCash and the affiliate according to the agreement you have reached with your contact person in RXCash.

Starting 1st of December 2008, RXCash offers all the participants in its Affiliate program (veteran and new) a unique opportunity that will help drive them to excel in their achievements with RXCash.

The 10 best selling affiliates that will reach the mark of 500,000$ of Approved Sales (as defined below) within 6 months (until 31st of May 2009), will receive* a brand new luxurious Mercedes Benz SLK Sports car or an equal value cash prize of $50,000. In the event that more then 10 affiliates shall reach the mark of 500,000$ then only the 10 affiliates that shall achieve the highest Approved Sales shall be declared as qualified winners.

On top of the prize, each affiliate will receive his full commission for their achievements (according to the agreement he reached with his contact person) for the relevant time period.

Please Note:

• Only affiliates who are legal residents of the 50 United States residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia are eligible for receiving a car.
• All affiliates residing outside the USA & CANADA will receive an equal value cash prize of $50,000.
• “Approved Sales” shall mean only sales which qualify the affiliate for affiliate’s commission according to the Affiliate Program terms and conditions, and at the same amount.
• The prize shall be awarded to the winner within 60 days after the end of the competition.
• Vehicle awarded may differ from any vehicle shown in promotional materials. Any additional features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by the respective dealer and if paid for by winner. Vehicle color and equipment are predetermined and no additional options are included, except at the winner’s responsibility and expense, if desired and available.
• The sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, if prize or portion of prize becomes unavailable.
• All fees including taxes, title, registration, licensing fees, insurance and cost of any available optional equipment not provided with vehicle are the responsibility of the winner and the recipient party.
• The prize shall be delivered to the winner at nearest possible location to winner’s address, as chosen by sponsor.
• Winner must have proof of valid insurance and have a valid driver’s license from their state or place of residence. Winner will be immediately responsible for the car once Sponsor makes car available to winner. Specifics of the Grand Prize are at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Grand Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winner shall look solely to the vehicle manufacturer for any such warranty or guarantee, if any.

TAX INFORMATION: All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner.

Clarification:

There will be no second prize and no deviation from the terms of the SLK program for any reason.
Only affiliates who reach or pass the $500,000 mark, and comply with the additional parameters mentioned above, will be entitled to receive the car or the equal value cash prize.
